For the health and safety of our customers, employees, and trade partners, Mattamy Homes Raleigh has made the difficult decision to suspend all non-emergency warranty requests until further notice. This does not mean your requests will not be honored by us or our trades, however we recognize the   rights   you,    our employees,   and our  business  partners  have  to  remain  healthy and  reduce  transmission  risks .

Non-emergency warranty requests will be placed on hold and addressed at a later date as the impact of COVID-19 progresses. We recognize the frustration of living with unaddressed warranty matters; however, the current conditions are unprecedented, and health and safety must be our paramount concern.

Emergency warranty requests will be processed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis, just as they are now. Please continue to follow the protocol procedures for an after hours emergency as noted inside your green or blue book should you have one.
