2012 In Review – A 10 Year Celebration

As we start to wrap up 2012, we’ve done a bit of reflecting over the past decade.  (That’s right, not just this past year.)  We’re terribly excited to have been able to celebrate 10 wonderful and successful years as the Royal Oaks Building Group.  We’ve accumulated awards and become one of North Carolina’s most reputable and respectable new home builders.  Since our conception, we’ve exponentially grown and our new construction homes are represented in 11 different cities across the greater Raleigh and Fayetteville area.

Another proud moment for us: We have now expanded our efforts and developed 15 different communities throughout the area.  When we first started to design these neighborhoods, we had the vision that they would be something incredible, but are still continually amazed by just how incredible these homes and community amenities have become!  Our new home buyers can now have it all, starting with spacious rooms, gourmet kitchens, finished (or unfinished) third floors or basements all the way to community facilities like our pools, clubhouses, and fitness centers specifically designed for our residents.

These features are not complete without your input, though.  That’s why we developed our Design Center.  All of our floor plans are infused with opportunities to customize features and aspects of your home to not only make it new, but make it wholly yours.  Naturally, we offer only the highest quality brand name products, appliances, and materials to ensure your greatest satisfaction with what you decide.  You’ll be able to choose from countless options regarding flooring, lighting, cabinetry, hardware, and more.  This is the most extensive experience home owners will have to be a part of the design and building process just shy of fully customizing an entire house (which tends to be costly in itself).  Our Design Center allows you to come in to our facility to view all of your options in person, work closely with one of our experts helping guide you through the process, and see your dream home realized.  Innovative ways to make new home construction more customer friendly; we’re rather proud of this one!

Community is a big deal to us.   There’s nothing like feeling at home in a community.  In 2008, we decided that we wanted to do even more for our Royal Oaks community.  We decided to partner with the Triangle Real Estate and Construction Veterans as well as the Home Builders Association of Raleigh/Wake County to form what is, in our humble opinion, an incredible project – Operation: Coming Home.  Since then, we have built 4 brand new homes and then donated them to a veteran who had been wounded while serving the United States in Afghanistan or Iraq.  It’s the least we can do for someone who has dedicated their life to protecting ours, and we look forward to continuing our involvement with this project in the coming years.

We think it’s safe to say that we’re “passionately dedicated to quality” in our home building and other projects.  That commitment has never been greater, and we’re excited about what the next decade has in store for us!
