Mattamy Homes Receives Top Honors During Parade of Homes

Carlisle, Magnolia, Belhaven, Carteret, and Edenton floor plans recognized among the best in the Triangle

Raleigh, NC – (October 8, 2019) –Mattamy Homes Raleigh Division, was honored with five distinguished awards for the Carlisle, Magnolia, Edenton, Belhaven, and Carteret floor plans during the 2019 annual Triangle Parade of Homes.

The Triangle Parade of Homes is North Carolina’s largest open house and is presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County.

Starting Sept. 28 and taking place over the course of the next three weekends,the 2019 Parade of Homes showcased the best homes throughout the Triangle area. The free self-guided tour allows the public to visit some of North Carolina’s most inspiring homes to discover innovations in homebuilding, energy efficiency, sustainable architecture and interior design.

The 2019 Parade of Homes features more than 220 homes, ranging from $255,000 to over $2.5 million. Of those, 178 homes by 83 of the area’s top builders were judged by building professionals from across the Triangle area on the quality of craftsmanship, products used, architectural design and much more. Ten of the homes featured in the Triangle Parade of Homes were built by Mattamy Homes Raleigh Division. Award winners in each category were revealed and celebrated at the Reynolds Coliseum on Oct. 7 in Raleigh.

Gold: The Carlisle, Wendell Falls

Raleigh Division Recognized by Avid for Achievement in Customer Ratings

Mattamy Raleigh Awarded 2019 Avid Awards Benchmark - Top 25% Customer Ratings in the NationMattamy Homes in Raleigh (previously Royal Oaks Homes) was recently recognized with an Avid Benchmark Award for the Southeast Region. The Raleigh team scored among the top 25 percent of Avid’s national database on the New Home Move-in Experience survey, taken from purchasing experience to the first 90 days of ownership.

Avid Ratings announced the winners of its 16th annual Avid Awards, recognizing the US homebuilders who scored the highest with customers on surveys of the home-buying experience. Award winners were chosen based on results received from some of the largest publicly traded builders, North America’s largest private builders, and hundreds of small volume and custom builders from coast to coast. This year’s program had 633 qualifying builders from all over North America and covers homebuyer data from January to December 2018.
